Not only did she guide us through a delicious evening of local food and drink, but she also sent us a follow-up list of everything we tried plus recommendations for the rest of our trip. She was incredibly personable and friendly, offering deep insights into both the food and local Hanoian culture.

The evening felt like a true adventure – we explored local haunts and tried dishes that felt genuinely traditional. We were open to being pushed a little, so Lana arranged for us to try a local delicacy that was well beyond our comfort zone; a fascinating experience to try.
