Not only did she guide us through a delicious evening of local food and drink, but she also sent us a follow-up list of everything we tried plus recommendations for the rest of our trip. She was incredibly personable and friendly, offering deep insights into both the food and local Hanoian culture.

The evening felt like a true adventure – we explored local haunts and tried dishes that felt genuinely traditional. We were open to being pushed a little, so Lana arranged for us to try a local delicacy that was well beyond our comfort zone; a fascinating experience to try. We had two lovely days with Thai who showed us the best Ninh Binh had to offer! He was super knowledgeable and a great guide! We will be back for sure and would recommend Thai to anyone looking for a funny, energetic and knowledgeable guide.

It was really nice to visiting a couple of key spots around the area. It was a nice, cultural, historical experience. There were a lot of beautiful views of nature and various temples.
