Oh my gosh, where to start? Lana was so excellent before, during, and after the tour. You are so lucky if you get to have her for your guide. So kind, informative, and helpful in every way. The tour itself was so amazing, going in hidden alleys, trying the most amazing bites I would have never found or thought of myself, have never seen online or through foodie influencers, and I will dream of these foods forever. Thankfully Lana sent a list after of everything we tried and has even been sending me extra recommendations and tips for my trip to Hanoi and fielding my many continued questions about food.
