Good to know

Only after Lana or Philip has confirmed your booking on WhatsApp. They tell you the exact total and when it's due. Never send money before that message.

Just 1.5% when you pay by Moreta Pay QR. The fee is worked out on the tour total, and we show it before you pay so there are no surprises. Cash paid to your guide on the day, where a tour allows it, has no fee.

It's the name on Vside Travel's Sacombank account. The Moreta Pay QR pays that account directly. If anyone gives you a different name or account, don't pay. Check with us on WhatsApp first.

Most banks outside Vietnam don't read VietQR codes. Install the Moreta Pay app. It's made for travellers and pays any Vietnamese QR code with your own card. Message Lana any time and we'll help.

Share your payment receipt with Lana or Philip on WhatsApp. As soon as we see it, we'll personally confirm your booking with all the details of your tour.

Each tour has its own cancellation terms, and Lana shares them when she confirms your booking. Message us as early as possible and we'll help you change or cancel.
