Tet — around 6 February 2027 is Lunar New Year’s Day, and the public holiday runs roughly a week either side of it. The busiest and dearest stretch of the year, and the one to book earliest.
Hung Kings’ Commemoration — around 15–16 April 2027 (the 10th day of the 3rd lunar month)
30 April 2027 — Reunification Day
1 May 2027 — International Labour Day
2 September 2027 — National Day, observed across two days

On the two dates marked “around”: they follow the lunar calendar, and the government fixes the official days off — including the bridging days either side — by announcement each year. Treat them as the week to avoid rather than as exact dates, and we confirm the real ones against your nights before we quote.

The grandest of the three and the one people book for the address: the Mediterranean-style quarter at the end of the island, a short walk from the Kiss Bridge. Five grades, and the split that matters is balcony and view — Classico is the base room, Balcone adds the balcony, Ocean View turns it to the water.

Sakurakyo Hotel & Spa Phu Quoc

Japanese-themed, and the four grades are named for cherry blossom rather than numbered — Yukizakura at the base, Hanabira at the top. The steps are small until Momohime, which sits $16 a night above Sakuraoto.

Before you send the dates

Tell us four things — check-in date, nights, how many rooms, and the ages of any children. That is enough for us to come back with a firm number.
Rooms are held, not reserved forever. The allotment is first come, first served, and Sunset Town fills fast at weekends — earlier is both cheaper and safer.
Holidays and Tet carry a supplement. Those nights are never at the rates above — we quote them one by one, with the property.
Extra beds, meal plans and half board are available at most of these properties and priced separately. Ask, and the options come back in the same reply.
Nothing is charged before you confirm. Room, rate and payment terms in writing first — then you pay in the Moreta app, and the room is held from that day.
Airport transfers and island trips go on the same booking. Say so when you write and we price the stay and the transfer together.

Questions we get asked

Are these the final prices?

They are the rates we hold these rooms at, per room per night, and they are what we quote from. What changes them is your dates: public holidays, Tet and festival nights are quoted separately, and a property occasionally moves its card mid-season. Every request is re-checked with the property before we answer, so the figure in our reply is the one that counts.

Why is the dollar price only a guide?

Because the properties price in Vietnamese dong. We convert at 26.500₫ = $1 so there is something to compare against, but you pay in dong at the rate of the day — and if you settle by card, your own bank sets the conversion, not us.

Is breakfast included?

It depends on the property and on the rate, so we will not claim it here. Tell us which room you are looking at and we will confirm exactly what is in the rate — breakfast, taxes, service — and what a half-board upgrade would cost, in the same reply.

Can you book something that is not on this list?

Yes. This page is the allotment we hold ourselves in Sunset Town, which is why it is short. We book right across Phu Quoc — the resorts on Long Beach, the north of the island, villas for a group. Tell us the area, the budget and the dates, and we will shortlist.
